How do i take out my cartiladge earring stud clutch?

I have been trying to take the clutch of and it won't get of the earring and I was suppose to take the earring out a month ago what do i do?How do i take out my cartiladge earring stud clutch?Mine got stuck and I just kept pulling till it finally flew off and it hurt my ear a little bit and it bled. I would try to find someone to help me. Maybe go back to where you got your ears pierced and they may have a special tool.
