How to Adjust the Clutch pedal on a 1995 Acura Integra?

I have a 1995 Acura Integra and the clutch pedal is loose. I'm having a hard time putting it into gear because the clutch pedal isn't grabing all the way. How do i adjust the pedal from under the dash board? How to Adjust the Clutch pedal on a 1995 Acura Integra? There is an adjustment at the clutch pedal. It is pretty obvious if you look at it.

However, I don't think it came out of adjustment. There is plenty of throw on the pedal even if it isn't adjusted right. There are two possibilities - bad hydraulic cylinders or a dragging clutch. The cylinders are easy to check because they always leak when they fail. Look for fluid under the boot of the slave cylinder on the transmission and for fluid on the inside of the firewall, right where the clutch pedal adjustment is.

If both locations are dry, the clutch is probably dragging. That shows up as difficulty getting it in any gear, but more difficulty with lower gears than with upper gears. Reverse is also balky, with the gears grinding until you force it. That is caused by friction between the clutch disk and the flywheel, or pressure plate, or both, when the clutch is disengaged. The root cause is usually friction between the clutch disk splines and the input shaft or springs that have broken out of their cages. In any case, clutch replacement is necessary to fix it.
