Will the AC compressor clutch engage when the blower motor does not work?

It seems as though it might be the blower motor that has fried as i have checked all the wiring and fuses and they seem to be all good. If it is the blower motor, would the compressor clutch engage even if the blower is not working? And how much would it cost to get one replaced at a mechanics? Will the AC compressor clutch engage when the blower motor does not work?If the blower motor isnt working your compressor should keep engaging and disengaging normally and circulating refrigerant through the evaporator you just wont get the cool air in the passenger compartment due to the inop blower motor. Will the AC compressor clutch engage when the blower motor does not work?yup!.. different signals! before u change the blower motor.. check in the connection if it has ground and power when u turn the a/c on!
